For this fall, C3 is offering three new programs to support organizations that are looking to grow or tackle challenges in their work. There are limited spots for each, so please make sure to apply today! All programs are free for nonprofits to participate.

  • Do you have quick questions about finance, operations, strategic planning, fundraising, or board management? We have open office hours for any leader in a nonprofit organization. We are here to brainstorm with you.

What is an Open Benefit?

This is a Shared Fundraising Event where multiple organizations come together to fundraise and plan together. The C3 manages all of the logistics and the partner organizations bring the donors and the volunteers together to help make a successful event. Revenue from ticket sales, auction, etc. are all shared, less the event fees.

How many Mentors are there?

We have a wide network of amazing nonprofit consultants. We emphasize finding consultants that have diverse lived experiences so we can match organizations with a specialist that understands their unique needs. Apply for a mentor today because there are only 3 spots for the fall.

Why coaching and mentoring?

We know that you are the experts of what you do. You serve your community with grit, care, and intentionality. Our goal at C3 is to elevate your work and support you where you need help. We have ambitious plans for next year and additional programming and for right now, we wanted to launch a flexible service that can support leaders as they tackle tough questions.

Why was this organization founded?

Hi! My name is Rosalind and I founded C3 to serve organizations that need the most support - community driven groups that are outside of traditional support structures. In the nonprofit sector, I see many organizations led by black and brown individuals or individuals with lived experience that are missing support. It isn’t about capacity building; it’s about network building! These are leaders that know their work and their communities, so I wanted to find a way to bring support to them.

I’m also excited by the idea of sharing resources - we can do more while consuming less resources overall. This creates a community where the culture is to support each other and collaborate on our work instead of perpetuating the silos that we often see. Remember that over 80% of nonprofits are less than $1 million in annual revenue. Imagine the amazing work we could do, if we all came together, pooled our resources and collaborated on our initiatives!
